Mine have a really bad habit of watching in evenings towards bedtime when it starts to get dark and something I’ve recently become aware of is Blue light and its impact on our eyes and minds.
Blue light tells your brain it is time to be awake. Nowadays most modern devices have a setting to turn down the blue light in evenings or failing this you can download a blue-light filter app.
Another tip (related) is you can also get smart bulbs for your bedroom that reduce and even stop blue light at night and emit more of it during the morning, to help get your body in a good balance.
